Room was nice. Staff were friendly. Room was very well cleaned. Breakfast was about average for a hotel breakfast. Will use this hotel again and would recommend it to others.
This place is very clean and has very friendly staff. I travel through Aiken often throughout week days for business. Unfortunately the hotel is always booked. I've only been able to stay a few times. Book your room early. Week days are always full! The Hampton isn't nearly as nice.

Location is very convenient. Hotel is brand new with modern features. I love that the TVs have actual guides that work. Only downside is that the 4th floor lacks an ice maker.
Large, well lit parking lot but was littered with empty beer cans and trash. Rooms were roomy and comfortable with good size tv with lots of channels. Bathrooms weren't cleaned well, hair clippings from the last guest shaving on the shower walls. Front desk customer service is in desperate need of improvement, not very accommodating or welcoming and are very quick to tell you to make requests online.
