There is a hotel directly next store that my company will utilize in the future. I advise if you ever have billing issues or any other complaints to dispute with this hotel, go to Marriott, so Marriott is aware of the incompetence and unprofessionalism of this hotel. Big Marriott did investigate, address, and take proper actions to correct.
I wish I could give this hotel no stars. The room was fine, housekeeping was friendly.
The management of this franchised location was not only unprofessional; but she was incompetent and a poor excuse for a business owner. I will not recommend myself and/or all future business trips of any business colleagues, and/or personal friends to ever utilize this establishment.

Took 20 mins for couple to check in at 830 PM on 11/17/2017. Couple checking in had a handicapped parent. No accomodations were made after the request. They asked for first floor room. Very sad:(( I'm a Platinum Marriott Reward Member was given 1 room temperature water for me not my son. Had to ask for Platinum upgrade. Terrible check in experience.
Our basketball teams stayed here for the Peach Bowl basketball tournament. Our room was pretty nice and clean. Was laid out like a little apartment...had everything you needed...dishes,silverware, coffee, etc. Staff was extremely nice and accommodating. They had a little snack/food bar that definitely came in handy at 2am with nothing open. Pool looked small but didnt have a chance to enjoy it. Would stay here again.
Hopefully they treat their employees better than their paying customers.

As a frequent traveler I normally have extended stays at many different hotel chains. This facility has the normal amenities with a evening gathering three nights a week. The rooms and facilities are clean maintained daily. The staff is very friendly and personable. The rooms on the fourth floor are pretty quit however on the lower floors you can hear foot traffic from above that can be very annoying. The housekeeping staff is eager to please with a smile.
Recommendations for improvement: The staff parks in the closet spaces to the doors forcing customers to park in the back lot. Normally hotels have designated employee parking located in the back of the lot or have a special lot just for employees. Hotel management allows staff and their families to use the pool and laundry. As a non smoker it's difficult to use the outside seating, pool or even entering the building as the smoking rules are not enforced.
The manager double billed my company than noted a typo of one letter of a guest's name as the excuse to not refund the double amount charged, even though it was later found by Marriott that the error was 100% due to the establishment's error and poor judgement (there were no typos in the reservation as stated by this manager) This particular manager would rather gain an extra $130 (wrongly billed to their customer) than provide fair customer service that Marriott is known for.
