I would not recommend this hotel.

My company stays at many Quality Inns and this by far is the worst I know we have been in. Toilets not securely fasten to the floor. The floor is laminate which was nice but dirty. The phone was dirty and didn't work at that . The door has alot of stains dirt and scuff marks on it. The walls was dirty never been wiped off looked like it . Air conditioner dirty. WiFi didn't work had to use phones hotspot for tablet use. When called front desk they have no clue on what to do cause the reset is in a secured room. It was a smoking room which I didn't mind former smoker but the bed had multiple burn holes..Bed and pillows a little too soft. If it wasn't for my company paying for the room I would if went else where ..

We went to the front desk to talk to them and the woman just looked at me and said, "Well, you don't have to stay here. I can refund you." We had 2 rooms booked, so it wasn't as easy to find a hotel in close vicinity. So, I asked to look at another room. It was slightly better. It did not smell of smoke. Had cleaner floors, but the bedding was still gross, dirty, and stained.

Nice clean room. Friendly staff. The inn needs some sprucing up a bit. Wish they would extend the complimentary breakfast to check out time. When in the area I would stay here again.

The real travesty was what the hotel advertised as a "hot breakfast" the next morning. The eggs were both cold and tasteless, and the sausages were cold. There was no microwave oven to warm anything up, including the packets of oatmeal provided (I was told later that there was hot water available on the coffee machine, but I prefer my oatmeal made with milk). There were no condiments or flavorings available for any of the "hot" items, and there was not even butter for toast/muffins. No fresh fruit of any kind, and only syrup for the waffles that you could make yourself. All in all, one of the worst hotel breakfasts I've ever experienced, and not even up to the standards of what others call a continental breakfast. When I mentioned it at checkout, the desk clerk gave me some song and dance about only putting out what the owner said was OK. Didn't even give me the impression that she'd mention my complaints about it to the owner.

Somehow I ended up with a handicapped accessible room, where there wasn't a work table at all and the room was laid out a bit oddly. No big concern, since I arrived late and wasn't looking to get a bunch of work done. The bathroom sink didn't have a drain plug in it at all, so I had to cover the drain with a washcloth to clean my contact lenses for the night. I'm not sure if it was intentional for handicapped guests, but there was very little water pressure from the shower the next morning. The one other thing was that when I arrived the A/C was not on at all, and the room was extremely hot and humid. Took about 15 minutes to enter a reasonable comfort level.

The first room was disgusting. Floors were extremely gross: dirt, mud, bugs, marijuana, and smelled like smoke. The beds were old. The sink had risidual toothpaste in it, and there were empty beer bottles sitting outside the room.

I don't know how else to rate this hotel... the desk clerk was so kind and helpful. She took a very last minute request and did her best. She deserves 6 stars. Unfortunately, the tub that didn't drain, the ice bucket mildew and the arm chair (which may or may not have witnessed a crime) were severely underwhelming. There is no carpet, only a very dirty laminate floor. On bed had 2 pillows, the other had 3. The heater had an burned dust odor when we turned it on (late December, it's surely not the first time this year...) the room deserves negative ratings, but the service and staff almost negate the hard beds and dirty rooms!
