Wonderful stay! Enjoyed the breakfast and just loved the relaxing stay.
Good location, decent breakfast, intentionally quaint, clean. Honestly not much to write about. It's a hotel located in Aiken proper.
We blocked off rooms for out of town guests seven months before our wedding, but the Inn actually never had the rooms available because they were under construction and didn't get the rooms built on time. They never bothered to inform us. To compensate, they provided us with the honeymoon suite but on our wedding night, they locked us out of the Inn. We were eventually able to get in after waiting outside for 45 minutes. We saw the owner at breakfast the next day, and there was no apology. Awful experience.
Last time we stayed was excellent, looking to come back, would love to stay in the main house as it is so historic, we live just north and west of Savannah and come here every month or so, stay in a variety of locations but always love this spot for more than one night stays!
A beautifully restored inn. If you have the money to spend, it is a very classy place to stay.
