I've called several times to follow up, only to be placed on 10+ minute hold times or just hung up on.

Looks just like it did 22 years ago, smells of oldness in the building. Some of the staff are VERY rude. The persons at the windows are the friendliest people in there. I felt like I was at a drive through. The second time I was called to come to review test results ASAP on a Saturday,the wait was over 2 hours, so I left and came back on Monday when I was told there were hardly no people up there. I still waited 2 hours, just to be given the same rude nurse I had before. Then I was given a nurse practitioner whom had no idea why I was there ( though they called my house and told me I needed to come up there ASAP because of test results.) Once I told her why I was there, she then fumbled thru paperwork and showed me the wrong test. I had to explain my test to her and put the file in order to help her. I made many attempts to smile at these nurses but it does not help their attitude. I am not a medicaid patient, rather I was or not respect the oaths you had to take, every person who steps through those doors need to be treated with respect and kindness, no matter what reason you think they are there for. This facility is almost a sole source for many medicaid and medicare patients. Thank goodness Margeret Weston is here now for them.

Afterwards, the staff informed me they would NOT be following up on my transferred medical records, as it wasn't their job.

I will NEVER return to this facility, nor will I recommend it to any friends or family members. I wish I could rate it ZERO stars.

I wish I could rate less than a star. I chose this place an hour from my home because a fantastic nurse practitioner, Stacey Idica, started practicing there. When I called several weeks ago, I asked if they were a provider for my insurance and was told that they are. After filling out my intake forms I was told that they do not in fact take my insurance and i would have to pay out of pocket and hope to be reimbursed. This place seemed like a mess. I hope Stacey is only using this as a temporary job and moves on.

Terrible staff

This is the most unprofessional and disorganized staff I've encountered at a medical facility. Upon arrival, they informed me that they accidentally scheduled my appointment for the wrong day. After waiting 1.5 hours to be seen, the nurse practitioner (Susan Ecklund) was noticeably frustrated, rude, and argumentative.

HORRIBLE! Literally there for 2 hours. EXTREMELY SLOW!

She then disappeared in the middle of our discussion and grumbled something about having to take a phone call.
