I love Dr. McCollough and his nurse Annette. I could not ask for better care. The complaint I have is that I can never get through to the office. No matter what time I call, all I get is answering service. I can't cancel or schedule an appointment through the answering service, so I have to wait for someone from the office to call me back which either 1) never happens; 2) it is very late in the day; or 3) several days later. The office needs to be big enough to accommodate the patients. Answering service should not be taking calls during the day if they are unable to assist patients by, at the very least, making or cancelling appointments.
Also be warned you will be immediately put on hold for at least 5 minutes if you call here.
Extremely rude main operator. I had already given my information to another associate and I called back the next day to see when the nurse would be calling me back since you have to first be accepted as a patient to be seen here. I asked, "I was wondering when someone would be calling me back about my appointment," and my response to that was, "Well the doctor is on vacation, so there's no one to be calling you back". Not information I had known, otherwise I'd not have asked. Was also flat hung up on without a parting greeting, as I said thank you have a nice day, I was greeted with a click.
My mother has been seeing Dr McCullough since 2012. My husband has been seeing him since 2014 and I started seeing him this year. We've had no complaints with the care we've received or with the treatment from any of the staff. We would all absolutely recommend Aiken Internal!
The receptionist staff here is so incredibly rude it is not worth it . I go to dr kiefler for my life long issues , and the woman behind the desk took my signature and showed it to everyone in the office making fun of me , she was rude and unprofessional. I have never been treated so disrespectful before by a doctors office.
