I am a patient of Dr fallaw she is out on maternity leave so I saw Dr zimmerman he is very nice and helped me with my torn midcus he told me they would schedule me for an mri now the problem starts the only person that schedules this is never in the office it's been almost three weeks since I have seen the doctor the tear is not getting better I would like to avoid surgery if possible but rest and cold therapy is what is needed but I cannot get anywhere with this office I guess I'll have to see another doctor and pay them 200 dollars to see if they can get something done thanks for nothing
The office staff at this location are absolutely terrible. They have filled the wrong prescription or just simply ignored my phone calls all together. They have misinformed me regarding the need for followup appointments while my doctor was out of the office. I am finally going to find a new primary physician. Too bad because Dr Fallaw is an excellent doctor. I just can't take the incompetence anymore.

The Dr.'s are great but, the office staff is either rude, incompetent or, both.
The office staff at this office are the rudest snottiest women I have ever dealt with. I have never dealt with people that act so disrespectful or high and mighty ever. I even spoke to the office manager & she was just as obnoxious. They need to hold a serious class on customer service & how to speak to the public.
