Went there because of the great reviews. Wish I hadn't. Slow. Unresponsive. Dismissive. Ordered my contacts from them. Doctor said I would "not be without lenses". Hadn't received them yet so I drove 30 minutes and I was told they didn't have ANY contacts. I had spoken with them earlier in the day about the status of my order and was put on hold for 5 minutes which apparently I wasn't supposed to point out. Now the staff won't provide me even TWO lenses to get me through one day till mine will hopefully arrive. My prescription is incredibly common. Never been told by an eye doctor they didn't have ANY contacts. Shocked at how vindictive they would be.
I just had my eyes checked at Spec's the other day and I was so impressed with the customer service and knowledge of the staff! The gentleman was so kind when fitting my frames! I would highly recommend Spec's Vision Center to everyone. I am from Augusta, GA and drove 45 minutes to my appointment, it was well worth the drive!

I have been going to Dpecs for as long as I can remember and so has my family. The doctors and staff are awesome and bind over backwards to help ou out. My newly husband and his family have recently started going to Specs too and love it. I would recommend to anyone!!
