Love this place! The atmosphere is laid back, but the staff is friendly and the food is Excellent! The Pollo con Crema and the Sopes are 2 of my favorites. My brother loves the chilequiles. They have always been willing to customize orders and offered dishes in the traditional Mexican style, if requested. Also, the staff has always happily brought anything we requested, such as extra salsa.
Great food!!! Good service and,have not found anything that I did not like!!! Would recommend to anyone!!! They will make you anything you want as well and the way you want it. 5 star thumbs up!!
Stingy with salsa 2 tiny dishes for a table of 4. Whomever was on staff that day was more worried about watching You Tube or somethimg on their phones. Was so excited to go there. Big let down. Food was nothing special.
My experiences here have been excellent. Much is typical Mexican food as I have experienced in other USA Mexican restaurants. The guy who has served us when we go is friendly and the food comes out quickly. I find this a fun and comfortable place to go, right in downtown Aiken, inexpensive and casual. I like the interior, the wooden booths and the bar. One time I ordered Pescado - fish - for a change. I was astounded to receive the whole entire fish, head and fins and all, on my plate. It was huge. It was delicious. I had to pick carefully around all the bones. I did not expect that and I wonder if that is true to authentic Mexican pescado presentation. Having never been to Mexico I will not presume to judge the authenticity of this restaurant. But I do enjoy it. They also have wonderful homemade sangria.
