Service was ok... both times I went this week. Restaurant was not busy, but yet service was extremely slow! Sweet tea was like drinking super sugar syrup that makes your teeth hurt! 1st time I went for dinner a couple days ago, food was slow to come out and was cool. Today I went for lunch and food was hot, but, service was very slow. I had to keep asking for water.... I would go again for lunch but not dinner.
This is a great place to eat! The waitress was very very awesome. She checked on us but didn't bug us like other waitress would.. When our meal was over with we tracked her down just to give her a good tip.. That's how great she was!
I had the mild buffalo chicken appetizer as my meal and it was not as good as I expected. Great atmosphere and service. 4 out of 5 stars from me.
Horrible, horrible, horrible! We walked in with 5 children and 4 adults at about 7:30. Took about five minutes to get seated and it was not busy. We asked to sit at the booth because at that point 3 people saw us and never acknowledged us. Hostess I assume told us we would not all fit. There was a line behind us and still no acknowledgement. She said I'm cleaning these off for you and we said we didn't want those we would fit in the booth. With a nasty attitude, she said fine whatever. So sitting it took about ten minutes for our waitress to come over and everything just went down hill from there until half way through our time there. Mind you that we just went for dessert and the $1 margaritas. Ended up spending $60 between two parties together and it was just a horrible experience. The hostess was drinking behind the bar in front of customers. Won't be returning there. This was second horrible service. Last time we sat ourselves with just four adults after standing for ten minutes with no acknowledgement. And after fifteen minutes with no server coming, we got up and walked out. Didn't even get water or menus that time.
Great restaurant for lunch and dinner. $1 margaritas when I went. The service is excellent. Great tasting food. Appetizers are large enough to make a meal. Great atmosphere too! They also offer speciality salads as well. Everything I had tasted great.
