Much better places for automotive work in Aiken. I am not going to write a long scathing review but grease stains on the interior upholstery and several visits to fix the same problem should speak for itself.
Very pleasant customer service. I was towed from BarnWell to Charleston and they accommodated a large truck for my family. I recommend without reservation the towing services : They made this tough experience a nice one !
I have had great service from Wayne's Automotive. Victoria was very friendly and helpful and the first mechanic I had was Jeff and he was very nice and my car was repaired. I will be using them from now on to do the repairs to my cars. They made me feel like they really cared about getting my car repaired and they came and picked my car up and brought it back to me without me leaving work and I was able to just pay my bill over the phone. Highly recommend them.
My recent visit to Wayne's for service on our F150 was a great! Really enjoyed the comfortable lobby and being able to use WiFi while I waited. You really went out of your way to help me by giving me a ride to my lunch appointment while you finished working on my truck. It was nice to have full detail on the inspection you did, too. Very helpful for future planning.
The driver was more than 3 hours late from the time I was told he would arrive. I called several times to receive updates from the office and they told me he would arrive within 45 minutes every time I called. This seems to be a common problem with these guys. I definitely DO NOT recommend them.
