They lied about how long it would take to replace my transmission. Told me three days, it's going on three weeks and they still have my car! They say they will call me back, they never called. Every time I call to check on the status the front desk lady never knows and the mechanics are conveniently never in when I call. It's already been paid for or I would have gotten it and taken it some place else. I am livid! They told me the reason it's taking is so long is because now the torque converter is faulty, said this happens often with the company they get transmissions from (if this happens often with the company you buy them from, then STOP getting parts from them!) ...horrible customer service. Will be reporting them to bbb and will blast this all over social media! I have a life , a job and children I do not have time for this!
Absolutely A ripoff.Couldn't figure our the problem I had with my tranny.They are a rebuild shop not a diagnose the problem place .told me three days and took three weeks to look at it and still couldn't figure it out.Took it to Bryan's transmission and problem fixed fast and friendly and also affordable.A mm co is a last resort personally I'd rather it sit in the yard before I went back
They deserve 0 stars!!! Horrible experience thus far and judging by the other reviews this is a normal thing for this crappy company i will be looking into having my car taken somewhere else im nlt waiting 3-4 weeks on this company!!!! They are rude and liars always claim someone will call me back anx never ever does act annoyed when i call and how convenient the mechanic is never there and the 1 time i spome with him, he was not a nice man at all. Im reporting to bbb and i will be blasting there horrible customer service and lies they tell all over my facebook to all 5000 of my friends and all 5000 people live in augusta and surrounding areas this place doesn't deserve my dealerships money. Be very careful gling fwd because i will be recording all convos over the phone so the aorld can know how nasty and rude these people are i am disgusted!!!
