CANT BE TRUSTED!!!! Technician lied to my mom about services needed for her brakes just to gain additional money. If you are upfront and honest with people, you tend to gain repeat business instead of trying hustle people.

I've been a loyal customer of Firestone over the past 20 years, and even though they're expensive they've been trustworthy. But not anymore, I'm done. Two days before Thanksgiving I took my Ford Explorer in for a belt tensioner so I could make the trip to Charlotte to be with family for the holiday. They needed a part so couldn't start work until Wednesday. Then they waited until late in the afternoon to start, but assured me the mechanic was working hard to get it done by 7pm and they'd call if they complete it. Instead of waiting for the call, I showed up just before closing but was informed the mechanic went home an hour ago. They assured me it will be done friday morning, but liars will say anything. They got their last dollar from me, and I hope they choke on their turkey.
Never Again - Have purchased many sets of tires here in the past but this experience has ended that. Called this morning to get tires for 2 vehicles. They said had one in stock and other be there after lunch. Dropped both off before 12:30 PM and left. Came back 2 hours later and seen both sitting in same place i parked. Called and he said they would start on one immediately and the other would be 20 minutes before starting. Ok, so left again to get some lunch came back at 4:30 and to my surprise they a both still sitting in same spot i parked. Called AGAIN, he said they could start on one soon, but the other may not be done until 7:00 PM. Don't tell me you can start right away and then put me off every time someone walks in the door. You have now LOST a frequent customer Ryan.
