Recently relocated from out of state and everyone took great care of us. Helped get all our records and pick up the care for our pups right where we left off
They are prompt, courteous and very caring! We have always been treated with kindness and respect. They are all very committed and go to great lengths to help you be a good pet parent. We bring both our cats and our dog to Dr. Holly, but ALL the vets and techs are good. We wouldn't go anywhere else!
Overall the doctors here are wonderful the front desk is always friendly. My low scoring comes from me and my husbands experience this week. Mainly it's just over one of the techs. So we rescued a dog that my husband saw got hit by a car. He took it to the silver bluff animal hospital to see if here were microchipped and to have his foot looked at. He was chipped and we tried to reunite the dog with the owner with no luck (owner was contacted) . Long story short dog is technically abandoned by owner. We get in contact with A rescue group who are amazing and wonderful. They tell us to set up an appt with veterinary services so we do. They are helping pay for a neuter and vaccination to help him be adopted out. We take the dog for the appointment the first time on Tuesday. The tech takes him back let's me know he will be done around 3. We get a call that day at 12:30 saying they were unable to do the surgery since it hasn't been 10 days since he was rescued (legal reasons). Which we understood so we rescheduled the day. The front desk says they have availability Friday. The front desk goes to the back to make sure that's ok and she was told it was. I bring in the dog again. The tech comes in the room, I believe she said her name was Katy. First thing she says to me in a snarky manner is, 'Looks like we will be doing a neuter and vaccinations even though it hasn't been 10-14 days'. I said that we've had the dog 11-12 days now. She replied ' weekends and holidays do not count. Also I told your husband and front desk to schedule the appointment to the end of next week, but we will go ahead and take him.' She was very rude, snarky, and unprofessional. I told my husband about it and he said he took the appointment he was given. We are trying to do what is best for the dog and get him to a good home that will give him the time he deserves. I just didn't appreciate how she presented herself.
