I love this office because they realize that your pet IS like your child. They are very thorough and thoughtful people from the doctor down to the girls that answer the phone! I just love them all.
We absolutely love Dr. Barber! All doctors and staff are phenomenal. This clinic values each "patient" and understands the vital role these little creatures play in our family. I completely trust them and won't take our furbabies to anyone else.
Vet visit was great. The ONLY thing that they lack is a friendly front desk. The young lady at check out is clearly lacking in customer service knowledge. She doesn't perform basic hi how are you or thank you. Too many good courteous people want a job and would be better to represent this company.
They are very good we bring all our animals to them and they saved more than one life with us thank you so much
We've been with this clinic off and on for about 4 years. Dr. Timmerman & Dr. Barber is great. Although, we've had terrible experiences with the front staff (vet tech's great though). Tried to talk to Dr. Groover about an ongoing issue re some front staff personnel (of which we know other people have had problems with too), and he told us it would be a good idea to find another vet. That was surprising, but fine with us since we already found a wonderful vet practice that treats all 5 of our animals along with my husband and I with respect. There's nothing like trying to schedule an appointment, or requsting information on our account, etc. and feeling like your a bother to them. They're short tempered on the phone, we've had a couple of emergencies we've tried to scheule in for the same day, and they've told us to go the ER because they're full without any regard for our "emergency" situation, and we have to say that unfortunately the last few visits with Dr. Groover was not pleasant. He also misdiagnosed a dog we had, couldn't figure out after numerous visits what was wrong with another Golden who was really sick (although another vet practice figured it out quickly), etc. Would not recommend this vet practice and know of several other of our friends who have left and gone elsewhere as well.
