The worst staff & very unprofessional the worst company
The ladies in this office go out of their way, and above and beyond to make sure each customer is satisfied to the best of their ability. I have personally been in the office making a payment, witnessing a very verbally aggressive customer and watched how Robin handled it professionally. I wouldn't recommend anyone else handling my insurance except this office. They make you feel like family.
We've been with this office since 1988. They have helped us many times. Once when I was in a horrible accident, they went ahead and paid as if the other driver was uninsured. I highly recommend Joe and his office.
