I have always had excellent service and had my questions answered. I sometimes want to go insurance shopping but a friend of mine went to USAA and the horror stories he tells me about have always made me happy I have Allstate.

Love Tom Young at Aiken ALlstate. Been with him probably 25 plus years. I see ads on TV all the time for agencies other than Allstate that might save me !200 to $300, but I wouldn't change agencies or agents because I know Mr Young is there for my husband and I for whatever situation arises. Super guy, great insurance agency. I was in an accident recently where a driver crossed the center line and hit me. Mr Young was there for me taking care of everything.
