We went in to rent a car and because we was paying with a debit card they wanted to pull our credit.
Not professional at all! They are never in the office and when they are and they have a customer they are steady on the phone. Also I have yet to receive my deposit back and this has been 4+ months ago! I will never recommend this particular Hertz to anyone!!

There isn't a rental car place here. Its an airport and it is all a lie. Drove for nothing!!!!
We rented a car from this location yesterday. The experience with the actual vehicle we rented was fine, but our overall experience is a little frustrating. We were told there would be a $200 deposit that would be returned to us when we return the rental. In the words of the hertz employee, it would be "immediately". The deposit has not been returned to our banking account yet & after speaking with corporate, we have been told it could take 5-7 business days. Tomorrow is christmas eve, followed by a weekend, so it could be up to 2 weeks. I feel like we were lied to. I've read other reviews online where some people never received their deposit back!
