Overall a nice experience for a good car for a trip versus driving my personal vehicle. Easy part was checking the car back in with little time required. Like the fact that they will drop you off at your home in the local area if you request it. Setting up the reservation was easy.
I would like to inform everyone that the team at the Richland Ave location is beyond AMAZING!! They're friendly,helpful,and they have WONDERFUL personalities! Taylor, Trenadia, Robert,and Zach are the main employees that assist me, but the other employees are nice and helpful as well. Please try this Enterprise location. You will not regret it! The company should use these employees to train other Enterprise locations in the area of customer service.
I would like to recognized all the staff of Enterprise Rent A Car at 3915 Richland ave Aiken SC most especially Mr. Victor who gave me the excellent service when I rented a van at their office for the First time. Two weeks before renting a car for the important event he answered all the questions I needed to know and and also Mr. Zach. Their two lady drivers has been really awesome, they picked me up and have a ride back home safely
The Enterprise team is awesome! I've rented with them for years and I've always had a pleasurable experience. This last time I rented, I thought I was going to have some issues renting due to some changes that were made but the guys worked with me until I was OK. Very professional! I recommend Enterprise to everyone!
Booking the rental online was no problem. The issue came on the day of pickup. We reserved for an 8am pickup. Arrived at 7:55 and once arrived and went through the 15-20 min process to check in, was then informed that there was no car available for us to pickup at this point. The options we had was to either stay there and wait or go back home and they will bring the car to us the time that we were "it was between 930am and 10:30am. We had plans to travel to Florida and leave by a certain time(right after we picked up the rental that was scheduled at 8am)so that we could pick up tickets for our event. We could not pick those tickets up that day because they closed at 5pm e so because the rental was late we were very inconvenienced.and could not get our tickets that day we were supposed to. I ended up having to call at 10:30 because we still hadn't gotten the rental. The claimed that they should have something coming in the next few minutes. They called me back at 11:00 and said they would be on the way and have us ready. We did not receive the rental until 11:30am!!! 3 1/2 hours late and the car was on 1/4 fuel! When they get to our home they were still charging us the full price of the 8am pickup so I asked about the price and the asst manager said he would have to go to the office and get the right total and call me back. When he called us back, they gave us a 10% discount because they were late, that didn't help us get our tickets like we were supposed to. I felt a day should have been taken off just because it took 3 1/2 hours for us to get a rental and we're highly inconvenienced. All I can hope for is the rental that we have scheduled for pickup at the end of the month will NOT be the same way, because his time it won't be just my husband and I but other family members traveling with us.
