In the many years I was a AAA member I have called for assistance 3 times. My first call was due to a breakdown and they did send a tow truck. My second call was when my car was stuck in the snow. They wouldn't come to help me because they were too busy and said maybe they could come tomorrow. My third call occurred when my battery died but they would not come because it was raining. So when I needed them the most, they couldn't help.
