I got a massage here for my birthday on July 26, 2017 and I enjoyed it. The staff are very friendly and the place is very clean and relaxing! The massage was amazing I will definitely be back!

I consider this to be the top tier spa experience in Aiken. Friendly staff and very relaxing atmosphere set the tone for a quality visit. Ashton is a very talented massage therapist who has provided the best massage I have ever received. I try to go at least once a month. Changes receives my highest recommendation.
I just had the most thorough and wonderful massage by Doria. She was attentive and assertive and made sure she addressed all of my problem areas. I loved getting to know her a bit too! Very friendly and relaxing atmosphere. If you're ever in the area, stop by. Rooms were relaxing and dark as well which I appreciate. Loved it!
