If a place is going to have there info on maps it would be nice to have the time right on the maps!!!!
Staff is very unprofessional from my experience. They tell you one thing and then penalize you for doing what they approved. They also lose your paperwork and claim you never visited the office, so I guess the kiosk up front is there for decoration. Cameras anybody? Most of these government organizations are disgraceful. Please hire people who are competent and willing to help.
Unorganized. After speaking to representative several times over a two month span, I walked in the information in person this time and still...8 months later ..they didn't receive my information . I mean really?!... a scanner , copier ..computer system that actually saves what's supposedly been typed in...a simple file cabniet and some good management would really help.
It's closed on Wednesday's. Didn't know, wasted the day trying to get all the paper work needed and get there and they are closed. Was not happy.
Had to stop a total of 4 times because paperwork wasn't right. Each time had to wait an average of 90 minutes.
My experience was not good it should be a half star...they call me for a review i call them a total of six times each letter to give them my new number...leave voicemails...no response mind you its a week in between all this...so finally get somebody only to be told that me 9 months pregnant...with a disabled homebound son will have to take a 49 minute drive to come to them because they can not simply check a voicemail...like really im very pissed at their lack of consideration...and the lay who answered the phone attitude
