---The staff were not only friendly--but, very knowledgeable. My salesman soon dissuaded me from my "preordained" choice of brand, and, after hearing my requirements, steered me toward a make and model better suited to my needs (and not a cent more expensive than the one I had originally wanted)....
Prestige Appliance staff is timely, friendly and knowledgable. Mike has done a few repairs on our fridge and goes above and beyond each and every time.

---My mother recommended Prestige Appliance to me when my washing machine broke (it was quite old, and even though I'm normally the type to purchase "the best" appliances I can afford--and replace them as soon as they begin to age--I was REALLY attached to my washing machine, due to its excellent cleaning features, and had determined on purchasing the SAME brand, with the SAME features, etc.)...
---Now, for the "Really Nice" touch: As the owner knew that I had a (non)-operative washing machine, his top priority was in providing me with my new washer, ASAP...However, the (midline-priced) model I had ordered was not in stock (and it would have taken a week to get it in)....So, the owner GAVE ME the "high-end" model. FREE. The NEXT DAY.... And this, my friends, is what separates a "good" appliance store, from a "great" one. I will--most definitely--be back....
Just say no to Prestige Appliance. If you want great customer service go somewhere else. Trent doesn't care about customer service because he laughs at you all the way to the bank. GO ELSEWHERE.
