Less than enjoyable. Appointment was scheduled for 11:15. Didn't leave until nearly 2pm. Spent nearly an hour in the waiting room and 2 in the actual examination room waiting for the doctor. He finally showed up and in 15 minutes I'm out. But the wait was ridiculous and I asked the woman at the desk. "Oh he'll be right with you" means you have to wait about an hour
The personnel at the dentist department are soft spoken & kind. Some of them have strange quirks that make you want to come back. They do have some kinks that I'm trying to work out, but satisfied with service & information given
Been leaving voicemails for two weeks now and no call back... What's the point in leaving a message if no-one is returning your call. The dental center sends you right to voicemail
I went to the doctor for the first time at this center in June and had a bad experience I got a MD doctor name JONES at first he was joking laughing then this name raised his voice at me as if I was his child very disrespectful I talk to a lady but I don't know what she did or said to him she going to ask was he having a bad day i didn't do nothing wrong I was already nervous coming to a new place. I love the gyn the other places and people are nice it's just him and some of his joking can be offensive .I Gave It 4 Stars Cause The Others Who Do There Job Are More Respectful there.
