Dropped my call 4 times. Waited for over 15 minutes to speak to a manager about a $650 item we had ordered and picked up. I am going to the store to make sure this is settled. Very, VERY disappointed in Lowe's. Next time, I think I will just order it from Amazon....a week later, we went to the store and the manager made the exchange very quickly and easily. So I'm giving the store 3 stars. We are very happy now.
Employee in gardening was helpful and efficient when he suggested I go ahead and pay for for the pine straw and he would meet me outside where the straw was located.
Went to get 4 pieces of lumber cut to my specifications, but ended up four different cuts by two different guys... Worst I have ever seen when it comes to following directions!
Don't know why I keep coming back here. Customer service is awful and I can never get everything I need bc they are always out of stuff. Most recently, I got some corner support brackets and there were only 1 on the shelf when I needed 2. Got to the register and cashier said there were 9 in store. Cashier took my money and I prepaid for it and she they would call me within 5 business days to come pick one up. Asked if she could find someone to look for one of the other 8 in stock and she said she was too busy. Never got a call. Showed up 7 business days later, they still don't have any in stock, said they could have it shipped from another store and I could pick it up, but I got my money back and I will order online. Tired of having to make multiple trips for a simple project.
Terrible customer service in the flooring department. Had them instal carpet and it took over a month to get it done. They continuously kept misplacing our paperwork and would never call us back. We had to go into the store to get answer for weeks straight. Then on the day they came to install they had the wrong carpet. I called corporate and explainesthe whole story and she was also upset with our experience. She said we would be refunded for our trouble and we both agreed that just the cost of the carpet itself was a reasonable refund since it was the wrong carpet. Now 2 weeks later we finally got ahold of them again (again we had to call bc no one called like promised..) and now we are barely getting anything back. I will take my business elsewhere in the future.
