This was the first and last time I will order edible arrangements for anyone! I ordered my mom a Mother's Day arrangement almost a week in advanced to be delivered to her. It was promptly delivered but some of the fruit had what looked like dirt on it. Being in catering I know things like that are hard to get every time especially during busy season. So I called after the driver said she would report it to see if I could get a discount on my next purchase or something. Spoke to a lady named Alyssa and she said she would send out a smaller arrangement to my mom that day at no charge. It has been day 2 and she still hasn't received her arrangement. It's one thing to not catch a piece of dirt or leaf on a piece of fruit, but to promise a replacement arrangement and not to show up with it is another! I'm going to corporate! That was very unnecessary to do to my mom on Mother's Day! I've posted a picture as well! I never really complain, but when it comes to something like this I will.
I would never order from them again the fruit got mold on it after the second day
