They started helping everyone who came in after me waited forever not the first time I've had this problem!!!
The people who work here have been very helpful and it is a pleasure to come here. After spending any amount of time talking to their tech support in India, you realize that ATT is a terrible company and anyone who can stomach working for this company needs a hug.

Internet slightly faster than dial up. Prices start out at a reasonable rate & quickly skyrocket... God forbid you decide to go with another company... Even though you turn in all equipment you still will be charged $750
If i could give no stars I would. Walked in there to get help with stuff for my father and so i can get a line for when i travel. Lady said itll be a minute. Ok so we waited another lady walked in 5 minutes after us . And she helped her even though we were next on the waiting line. Rude. I will not be going back for help. If anything I'll be going to another at&t place before i go back to the one in aiken. Rude and did not help. We even walked past the lady 3 or 4 times and she didnt even bat an eye. Customer services sucks anyone who says other wise youre fooling yourselves..
