I normally don't review anything unless I have an exceptional experience, either good or bad, with a product/service. My experience with this car wash was horrible. The brushes will leave scratches on your car, do a quick google search on brush vs brush less washes. The water is very high pressure and will damage your vehicle. When I went through it managed to get under my weather stripping and soaked the contents of my trunk. This car wash ended up costing my $800 to replace my audio equipment. If you have subwoofers in your trunk do not come here. The manager was there when it happened to me and all I got was, "Sorry, hate it for you." Theses people will do anything to get out of any damage the wash may cause. The manager has a "car guy" aka some 18 year old kid to make excuses about how your vehicle was the reason damage was caused. Called my insurance company for a claim and explained what had happened, they advised me that they have had a lot of problems with this place. All in all, if you don't want to risk your vehicle receiving damage avoid this place at all costs.
I had an issue one time with some minor damage after going through the wash. I immediately reported it. The manager was very polite and helpful. I am very appreciative that they paid for my repairs.
Great car wash. But the spray that they spray on my hubcaps takes the paint off. But washes the car great.

People that work there are not very helpful. They could at the very least guide you into the car wash so you don't run over the rail, ( this happened to me the last three times ). And the vacuums are a total joke. Guess I'm start going back to the tried and true bay style carwash.
I love how convenient and easy it is to get my car washed and vacuumed. I always add the bug prep treatment because bugs don't come off easily.
Great car wash. Value for wash, vacuum and towels with cleaner provided! No better deal or quality. Excellent staff. Young men guiding you in care about your car. I think Ian sp? Tommy and DC are the guys who always help me. Love it and always go back!
