Stopped in to cash a check for my mom. The lady at the drive thru window took one look at the check and refused to cash it- even though it was endorsed by both my mom and I, and I had my ID. When I told her I cash checks for my mom all the time at the other banks in town, her response was "Well then you can go to the other bank." She was extremely rude and snippy. I went to the bank on Whiskey Road and they cashed the check with no problems. I will not be going to this bank anymore.
