Love their coffee and hashbrowns but service is also less than par at this location. Many people who don't care and they're obviously not afraid to show it no matter how polite you are.
Idk who reads these or whether anyone even cares, but I hope someone important does so that they know I love Dunkin and their donuts and coffee, but I do not enjoy rudeness!
Customer service is missing completely and they never have enough of what type donut I want and they don't care. I have went there several times and nothing's changed so I am moving on.
Good service, good food, good drinks, but they have no Wi-Fi... Kinda stinks.
Honestly, I am a regular at this establishment and few times have I ever been satisfied with their customer service. I consider myself a very polite customer and I am patient when it comes to mistakes and such, but the majority of the people that work here obviously don’t care how polite you are, they just want to get their job over with and get you out of the way.
I should not feel nervous to let someone know that my order is messed up, or feel embarrassed when i laugh/smile at them and they just stare blankly at me. Possibly they need to be placed under new management or something? I’m not sure what the problem is, and I don’t expect the Chick-Fil-A experience, but a simple smile or kind tone goes a long way.
Staff is incredibly rude. Used to regularly visit this location, but stopped recently. Every time I went, I was asked to pull forward. After waiting for about 5 minutes, the server brought out the bag. She literally did not say a word. Once I left, id open the bag to see the order all wrong. I had to go back and reorder. I had to pay for both meals, even though I didn't ask for OR EATthe first order. Workers were fussy when I politely asked them to fix my order. This has happened multiple times now. It's to the point where I don't even come here anymore. Poor management.
